Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Generators: Not permitted unless there is a power failure
Golf Carts & UTVs: Allowed, but only on roads by licensed drivers. No off-road or grassy area use.
Standard ATVs (quads or 4-wheelers) are not allowed.
Firearms: We are pro-2A, but ask that all firearms remain concealed
Alcohol: Permitted at your site. No open containers visible in public/common areas. (Use a coozy!)
Garbage: Dumpsters available throughout campground. No site pickup.
Washing Campers/Vehicles: Not allowed due to private water system. Ask office for referral to mobile service.
Package Deliveries: You may receive UPS/FedEx packages—use campground address and your lot #. Pick up at office.

All include: Cable TV (120 channels), Wi-Fi, 30/50 amp power, water, sewer

Rates: $45/night (standard – yellow), $60/night (premium – orange: lake view, private, or shaded)
Discounts available: 1–4 week stays (call for pricing)
Dump station fee (non-hookup use): $20
Long-term stays: Sometimes available (30+ days). Background checks required for all adults.
Tent Sites: 32 in a dedicated area
Rate: $30 per tent, per night (up to 3 tents per site)
Max stay: 7 days
No vehicle sleeping allowed.
Fire rings & picnic tables at every site. Grills available upon request.
Pet-Friendly: No breed restrictions, but dogs must be leashed unless inside dog park.
Amenities: Dog park, dog beach, and dog wash area. Pet stations throughout.
Bring proof of up-to-date shots.
Veteran & First Responder Discounts: Call to apply.

Deposit: 1 night by credit card (3.5% fee for cards). Cash accepted. No checks.
General Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancel 48+ hours before arrival: Credit valid for 3 months.
Less than 48 hours: Deposit forfeited.
One reschedule allowed.
Holiday & October Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 5+ days prior: Credit issued (valid 3 months)
Cancel 4 or fewer days: Deposit forfeited
One reschedule allowed

Wi-Fi: 28 towers cover the 78-acre campground; supports up to 1200 devices
3 Bathhouses with warm showers
24-Hour Laundry Room (in main bathhouse)
Also contains an ATM and vending machine
Firewood: $5 per bundle (5–7 pieces)
Ice: $2 per 7 lb bag
No pool, but there is a beach area for swimming
2 Playgrounds for children
Lakefront amenities: Horseshoes, cornhole, dock seating, rose garden, and picnic area
Boat Launch: Allowed for kayaks, canoes, paddleboards (16 ft or under).
No motorized watercraft allowed.
No cabins at this time (planned for the future)
